Purpose
CBTVET MIS is a web-based application designed to improve the efficiency of encoding CBTVETO physical accomplishment reports, enable reliable monitoring through data analytics, streamline report generation, ensure data validation and integrity, and facilitate accurate tracking of financial status reports.
Goals and Objectives
Improve the encoding process for physical accomplishment reports
This goal focuses on streamlining how data is entered into the system. By providing a structured and intuitive encoding interface, CBTVETO staff will be able to input physical accomplishment reports faster and more accurately, minimizing errors and reducing time spent on manual data entry.
Ensure data validity and integrity across all records
To maintain reliable reporting and analysis, the system will implement validation rules and checks that prevent incorrect or inconsistent data entries. This ensures that all records are complete, accurate, and consistent across the system, thereby supporting data-driven decision-making.
Simplify and automate the generation of reports
Report generation will be automated to reduce the burden on users and avoid manual compilation. With the use of filters, predefined templates, and real-time data, users can generate required reports quickly and efficiently, saving time and improving overall productivity.
Implement financial tracking of fund utilization
The system will include a module for monitoring and recording financial transactions related to CBTVETO programs. This allows users to track budget allocations, fund disbursements, and actual expenditures, ensuring transparency and accountability in fund utilization.
Support Collaboration
By enabling role-based access and data sharing across CBTVETO, Regional, and Provincial Offices, the system will support seamless coordination and collaboration among stakeholders. Users will have access to relevant data based on their role, improving communication and shared decision-making.
